Aesthetic Health LTD ships worldwide, UK Local (All States), Canada, USA, South, and North America, Europe & Asia.

How do we ship?

Our product line is composed of Biological Substance Category B Specimens. We ship at the required temperatures. insulated containers with DOT/IATA Labeling for transportation Hard-sided coolers or Styrofoam shipping containers. With temperature monitoring device – Digital data logger (DDL) with a buffered probe.
Effective: Temperature tested to ISTA 7D standard
Efficient: Uses less dry ice than conventional shippers.
Economical: Reduces freight costs with small shipper side
Environmentally friendly: Packaging requires less storage space and creates less waste.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer both standard and express delivery. There will be a minimum $18 shipping fee for any order. Some exceptions may apply depending on the country or the region where our customers are located. Please contact our customer service team should you have any concerns about this.

Which shipping company does Aesthetic Health LTD use?

It may vary depending on your local shipping services available. We will inform you of the tracking and shipping method once we have processed your order. Standard couriers are UPS, TNT, YRC, PARCEL FORCE, ROYAL MAIL, FEDEX & SCHENKER AG.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is processed, the product will be shipped out within 24 hours ( Mondays to Fridays) except for public holidays. The delivery approximately takes 2-4 days on average and 48 hours for express delivery and 24 hours for local delivery (UK).

RETURN POLICY:

If you face any complications with your order, please contact Aesthetic Health LTD immediately. our customer service representative will examine if the order qualifies for a return. Refunds are at the discretion of Aesthetic Health LTD and we do not guarantee we will offer a refund in all circumstances.

Which orders may qualify for a refund?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the order you received, please contact our customer service immediately. We will only issue refunds in the following circumstances: if we mispresented the product packaging to you when you place your order; if you received a damaged package; if the product is proven to be inactive when you initially use it.
In any of these cases, you should hold the products until you receive further instructions from Aesthetic Health LTD. If we determine you should receive a refund, you can either request that we send a replacement or you can receive a full refund or account credit for the item.

What information do I need to return a product?

Do not hesitate to contact customer service for guidance. If you had used the medical device and found it faulty in the process, keep the lot number and expiry date information in the client’s file.

How do I get a refund?

Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to receive a refund under instructions. You can either request we send a replacement to the same shipping address as the original or receive a full refund or account credit for the item. This account credit is applicable toward any future purchase of the same or different product.
